Mikhail is a good manipulator, reads people well, and can be friendly when he chooses. So, getting along with people isn't usually a problem. Making true friends, however, is tough. Closed-off and hard to get close to, Mikhail spends most of his time training or off on missions, and his sarcasm and pride can drive people away (especially sensitive people).
Business relationships are a different story. If you can work out a deal that benefits everyone involved, count him in.
Mikhail won't befriend someone he doesn't respect. He needs to trust a person implicitly before he'll show them his true nature or open up, and Mikhail doesn't give trust easily.
If you get past all that sarcasm and aloofness, though, you'll find that Mikhail is loyal, considerate, and surprisingly compassionate.
Friends also find him less manipulative: when Mikhail does manipulate his friends, it's usually to "help" them make a good decision.


Mikhail knows how to negotiate and make deals with his enemies, but they're enemies nonetheless. Usually he can avoid a lot of trouble by being diplomatic, but sometimes those tactics don't work.
Deceitfulness, pride, skepticism....Mikhail has many bad qualities (and a few good ones) that are sure to earn him some dirty looks. Cocky people get under his skin: if you're a bragger he'll either despise you from afar or shoot you down with sarcastic comments.
On top of all that, he's a fierce opponent of the Heartless and Organization XIII. Enemies all around.

Strangely enough, Mikhail would take a romantic relationship very seriously. He won't toy with anyone's feelings, despite his deceptiveness. Even though he manipulates many people, Mikhail loathes the idea of being manipulative in a romantic relationship.
Not a one-night stand kind of guy.
