COULDN'T TAKE IT, COULDN'T STAND ANOTHER MINUTE. COULDN'T LIVE ANOTHER DAY WITHOUT YOU IN IT. ALL OF THE JOY THAT I HAD KNOWN FOR ALL MY LIFE WAS STRIPPED AWAY FROM ME THE MINUTE THAT YOU DIED. | A couple of crates stacked in the alley created a makeshift shelter for a sniffling figure. Nemo was sitting with his back against the crates and his legs pulled up to his chest. He was holding his face in his hands, or the mask that functioned as his face. Nemo had recently arrived on Traverse Town. The journey had been awful, being cramped in an incredibly tight luggage hold. The entire time the heartless feared that he would be discovered and beaten. Nearly as soon as the transport had docked Nemo ran off and tried to hide. He wanted to explore but he knew that if he as discovered he'd probably be attacked again. He had managed to find this hiding spot after having been chased by the guards. He was only going to wait until the crowd thinned down or disappeared entirely, then he would go and explore. OPEN |

you could try and take us “but victory's contagious” NemoThe woman swayed as she made her way down the narrow alleyway. With a half empty wine bottle in hand, Chary was making her way home. She had been spending her day off as she usually did. Drinking and screwing around. She had decided to call it a night earlier than usual. Having already been chucked out of one tavern for getting into a brawl. Word spread somewhat quickly, and she couldn't quite manage to get into any other bars. The other party had it coming though. If the old git had stopped getting in her personal space when she first told him to piss off; she wouldn't have threw him through a table. What was even more frustrating was the fact that he didn't get thrown out either. Not only did it feel unfair, but she really, really wanted to finish the job. Take the idiot out. At least she managed to swipe some booze as security dragged her out of the bar. It wasn't really the best wine, but it would do till she got home. Maybe she'd come across some morons on the way there, give her something to take her urges out on. Walking by the stack of crates she heard something. Whatever it was had sniffled. Or snuffled. Maybe it was a cat? Or a puppy? She eyed the crates for a few moments. Part of her was completely against investigating the sound, but another part of her was beyond curious. Finding a puppy would be the best thing ever. She loved dogs so much. She lost hers when she lost her homeworld, and hadn't really thought about getting another one. Till right at that moment. It would make this annoying night so much better. After a bit of an internal struggle, Chary got down on her hands and knees. Curiosity beating out logic and reason. Quickly, she made an attempt to get into the makeshift shelter. Sadly it wasn’t a puppy. Or a cat. In fact, the sniffling creature turned out to be what looked like a small human. Chary froze and stared at Nemo. She was a mixture of shocked and embarrassed. This was awkward. Very very awkward. The somebody smiled sheepishly at Nemo. "Well...You're not what I was expecting...Eheheheheh."[ WORDS 376 | MUSE uptown funk ]

COULDN'T TAKE IT, COULDN'T STAND ANOTHER MINUTE. COULDN'T LIVE ANOTHER DAY WITHOUT YOU IN IT. ALL OF THE JOY THAT I HAD KNOWN FOR ALL MY LIFE WAS STRIPPED AWAY FROM ME THE MINUTE THAT YOU DIED. | Everything went quiet. Nemo thought for sure it was safe for him to come out of his hiding spot and explore. As he started to get up something strange happened, a woman's head appeared at the entrance of his comfort cave. "Well...You're not what I was expecting...Eheheheheh." The words tumbled out of her mouth like a drunken avalanche. Nemo stared at her. His face's expression remained unchanged but inside his head he was wearing a shocked expression. It was quite difficult to change his face's expression as it meant carving a new expression on his mask. Timidly he spoke up. "Um... H-hi there miss." His words were full of stutters as he was fearful of what this large stranger might do to him. "C-c-can I help you?"The stench of alcohol was strong on Chary's breath, in such an enclosed area it quickly became overwhelming. Nemo was too scared to ask her to move so he could get out into the fresh air, what if she didn't want him to escape? She was certainly large enough to restrain him if he tried to make a run for it. |
