Friendships:
Jormungand isn't interested in something as wasteful as friendship; friends either get in your way, or just end up dead anyway. He doesn't need that bull. He doesn't want it. Anyone trying to be his friend is either trying to get something from him, or is a weakling. And he'll bluntly tell you that if you try to befriend him.
Hateships:
Jormungand automatically assumes anyone who is in a position of authority deserves nothing more than a quick death and a shallow grave. Similarly, he has very little tolerance for anyone who gets in his way, or helps those with authority.
Once you receive Jormungand's hate, he'll keep coming after you until you are he dies, stopping only to lick his wounds as necessary.
Loveships:
Paradoxically, Jormungand would respond to romance. It may just be the only human piece of him left, but he wants to belong to someone (and for that someone to belong to him) in a romantic sense. He'd never admit it, but he's lonely. He wants to be loved, and to love back. Not that he'd just fall for the first person to offer that kind of relationship; his paranoia would make convincing him they were genuine very difficult, to the point that Jorm would likely shoot himself in the foot regarding any actual advances.
Once someone managed to fill that hole, however, they would discover that Jormungand would go to the ends of the earth in their name; The man never does anything half-way, and he takes love just as seriously as he takes the anarchy he's trying to create.
