Erberus and his group had returned to Traverse town for a bit of breather, sure heartless would still show up here but it felt nice going back to the roots. At least the roots for how he gained his comrades in a sense. It wasn't really a root for him, sure he woke up in this town but he still didn't know where it was he came from. What world was truly his home. Perhaps...his home was much farther away than here? Could be though at least he wasn't alone. Currently his team members were doing things they wanted to do, having a bit of fun on their own terms if you will. Which was fine they deserved the chance to unwind and take it easy. Though it did leave him alone with his thoughts and not really the best of things to do.
Why didn't he seem to have a heart along with those things? He was a result of one from what he could understand but...where had his heart gone? How much time did he have before his body gave up due to the lack of one? It was hard to say and really it was a question that plagued his mind often. Besides if he didn't have a heart why did he feel..this need to protect? A sigh left him as he shook the thoughts from his head he'd figure the answers out later. Right now he just needed to not focus on that.
