He had been here for several days now, and within that short span of time he had grown rather accustomed to the way things worked within Twilight Town. It wasn't that different from how things work on his own homeworld, if you took away the whole enslaving the half elves thing. Actually outside of the Struggle Games, which he had taken part in, there less fighting as well. That was until you ventured out into the woods towards that old mansion and were met with strange black creatures. In fact when he discovered the creatures which he now knew were called Heartless, he spent a great length of time fighting. They were the perfect type of creature to test his skills against, and it seemed like he was doing the townspeople a favor by taking them out anyway. He'd probably still be out by that forest fighting now if he hadn't figure it was time for him to explore this place a bit more. Hence why he now found himself in the underground tunnels that weaved through Twilight Town. [break][break]
His right hand hovered over the handle of his sword in case something jumped out at him, while his left one ran along the moist wall. He had originally brought a lamp with him, but the tunnels were surprisingly filled with light. So he had left it back at the entrance. He had traveling within the space for quite some time now, and had yet to run into anything strange. He had taken several turns, and gone straight for what seemed like forever. Yet for some reason he couldn't seem to escape from the narrow pathways that filled this place, and even still he couldn't even seem to find the entrance. "Don't say it..." he spoke aloud to himself, the second he said was the second it became true. He traveled for a little while longer until it came to a large open area with, a square block right in the center. It was here that Gideon finally gave into the thought present within his head, "You're lose."[break][break]
He could no longer hide from the truth and with a heavy sigh he looked up towards the ceiling and let his body slump forward. "Probably would have been a good idea to place pieces of candy or rocks down to mark my path. What's the fun in that though?" he chuckled, "This is exactly why they left all the planning to Isaiah instead you Gideon." he continued to talk to himself, as he found himself walking in circles around the large square block. "Look at it this way at least you'll die of thirst before you die of starvation." he joked grimly, before stopping his tracks as his ears picked up on the sounds of movement. His hand went back towards the handle of his sword, "I know you're there now step out from the shadows before I cut you down." he barked.
