Mouth open, Ignatius yawned softly as he stretched his muscled arms above his head. The tall swordsman was currently slouching on a bench while watching the fountain in the center of the plaza spout water. His body ached and fatigue was creeping into his joints but he forced himself to stay away. It was the wee hours of the morning, dawn being just on the horizon. Though it seemed unnecessary, Ignatius took it upon himself to patrol Radiant Garden at night, to make sure nothing untoward was lurking in the shadows. Regardless, he would stubbornly pursue such ideals and not let anyone deter him. It made him feel good.
The nights seemed to fly by though whenever he was on the prowl. That is until his shift was near over. It was like reality suddenly snapped back and time barely shifted. It was likely the anticipation of finally being able to call it a night, hang up his coat and sword before collapsing onto a bed. Thinking of that made him yawn again. This time it was stronger and he had to cover his mouth with a hand. Smacking his lips slightly, Ignatius stood up with a groan and lifted his long red coat with him. It took but a moment to slip it on before grabbing his sword's baldric and looping that over a shoulder. It was nearly time, perhaps an hour at best. As he idly scratched at his spiky brown hair, the lone warrior ambled closer to the fountain and stared into the water.
It was.. soothing.

Can you feel it?
The darkness
Milo walked out of the shadows of the early morning going for a walk around the worlds as he liked to do from time to time when he had the time. As he viewed his surroundings he noted a man with a red coat and brown hair. He wielded a sword the was slung over his back. He seemed to be staring into the fountain a trance over coming him. How interesting Milo thought to himself as he started to walk forward. Why don't I say hi?Walking forward he checked for his small heartless pet to make sure that it was tucked away under his coat before fulling confronting this man. Looking him over he seemed tired, like he had been out all night. He would be really boring to fight Milo imagined. So if that was to be the course better have it later. "Why hello there." Milo says smoothly, hoping to not seem threatening in any way. of my beating heart

Though the fountain's calm serenity washed over him, Ignatius was aware of something approaching him from behind. He didn't move though, either out of exhaustion or strategy but it didn't really matter. The watch was just about over and even though he enjoyed a good fight, now was not the time. As soon as he heard the smooth male voice speak, Iggy blinked and turned halfway to glance the rest of the way over his left shoulder. A young man stood there, probably about twenty years of age or less, he wasn't too sure. The newcomer appear nonviolent. Most likely a casual pedestrian. One side of his mouth curled up in a sort of closed lip half-smile. "Well good morning." Iggy responded, his voice a thrumming baritone. "You seem to be up early unless you too have been out all night?" The boy did seem to have an air about him. Though he wouldn't exactly label him a ruffian from sight alone. He turned fully then, to face the friendly stranger. Beneath his overcoat was a black shirt, unbeknownst to others it was without sleeves. His pants though were more of a grey hue which were tucked down into his black knee-length slim boots. Various belts and buckles adorned his outfit though, as well as a harness or two. A quite metal leathery theme he had going on. He expressed himself in any way he saw fit. Even as he watched the young fellow, half-smile still in effect, his eyes were semi-alert. Being tired wasn't going to dull his senses, over his cold dead body.

Can you feel it?
The darkness
Milo smirks at the alertness in his eyes. More and more marks of a good opponent are appearing in this man. He shifts in his dark jacket, with white tread outlining it. A button up shirt underneath, and his lose tie that hangs around his neck. A sword lightly swaying on his left hip. "I don't really sleep much, was just on a walk." Milo leans against the fountain still keeping his eyes on his new hopeful opponent. He scans him, looking at his body, and seeing the wonderful marks of a fine warrior. Plus he had what looks like a delightful sword. A katana much like his own, of course only in appearances. His Kurikara was special, at least to him. The only real token that he keeps from his time before darkness. "What are you doing out so late?" Of course he words it like this because he can see that his is not fully rested and for someone like this it is more likely that they are out late trying to protect this little world. Its interesting and could show the mark of a honest warrior who fights for others. Something Milo my not be accustomed to himself, but he has seen in many of the great swords men he has fought of my beating heart

Sleep, it sounded good right about then. It still did. Though he couldn't likely just drop down and catch some z's, not while conversing with the young stranger. The boy's weapon shifting caught Ignatius' eye. It was a mere glance but it told him a lot about the person. Primarily that ordinary citizens aren't armed, so he had to be wary. Besides that, the guy was just on a walk. Nothing too harmful about that but Iggy never saw him while on patrol. Either coincidence or some people didn't want to be seen. He was soon brought back to reality when a question was directed at him. "Oh I was just patrolling the neighborhood. One can never be too careful at night." Or during the day either, but he didn't add that part. Since he was so tired, he couldn't be exactly sure, but Ignatius was getting the feeling the younger male was sizing him. Was it his size that made the other feel intimidated? No, it wasn't that. The boy didn't seem like he felt belittled in any way. There was a feeling in the air but Iggy just couldn't put his finger on it. Quick glances to either side, without moving his head, revealed that the fountain plaza was still empty. If something was going to happen, the place was an ideal area to hold it. Then again, that was probably him just over thinking the matter. "By the way, I am Ignatius.." He stuck out his right hand which wore a fingerless buckled glove. "What's your name?" Still giving a friendly half-smile.

Can you feel it?
The darkness
Milo watched him carefully, observing that he had caught sight of Kurikara. His lovely blade that he had had for so long. When he saw him scanning the court for any bystanders Milo has to resist the desire to chuckle. What a good soldier worried about other somebodys. Of course a lot of somebody's aren't like that. Greedy, selfish beings they can be. More heartless then he is, and that's saying something. Without much thought Milo plays his hand in a resting position onto of the hilt of his sword. Not to grab it but to have somewhere to rest his arm. He cracks his neck, looking out to the rising sun. After man gives his name Milo smirks. Ignatius, what a convoluted yet interesting name. Reaches out his own left hand, to shake Iggys. "The names Milo" he says casually as he tries to keep his clawed hand from being to noticed. But he did feel it was inevitable, this person was likely quite perceptive. But he wasn't to worried. With a quick glace he obveously looks to Iggy's blade. "What looks like quite the blade, would you mind if I saw it?" He says this with honest interest as he loves a good blade, with is shown well in how well he keeps his lovely Kurikara. of my beating heart

Milo huh? An ordinary name but fine nonetheless. Ignatius shook Milo's had a few times before releasing and pulling his hand back. He made sure not to make such an action seem hurried. Despite his fatigue, he had noticed the strange feel of the boy's hand. It was definitely different. A odd hand, the other resting upon the weapon and a feel of readiness in the air. That's what Iggy must have sensed. Did Milo want to fight him? He certainly looked to be a worthy opponent. He carried himself well, despite being tired, and had a weapon. Ignatius wouldn't lie and think he wasn't up for a fight. He'd run himself into the ground if it meant getting a piece of the action. With a soft chuckle, Ignatius turned his gaze over his should towards the hilt of his sheathed weapon. "Yeah, it is." Reaching over his should then, Iggy drew his blade, Dyne, and held it horizontally in front of him, across his chest. The flat side was facing up, or down, whichever way one looked at it. A quite unorthodox blade to be sure as it had a wide base that separated into a two-pronged, evenly spaced blade. His eyes remained upon it, watching the dawn's light reflect off its shiny surface. He took care of it well, polishing and sharpening it whenever he needed to. "Ah, this old thing. Been in my family for a few generations. I call it Dyne, as its full name is Dynetos'olari. Whatever that means. It's a mouthful though, so a shorter name is better.. and cooler. Ahh well." He turned the weapon over one way then the other, letting Milo get a good look at it before he lifted it up, over and slid it back into its scabbard.

Can you feel it?
The darkness
Smiling as he gets a good look at Iggy's weapon, he is satisfied. The way it is taken care of shows someone who cares for there blade. Milo thinks that is important. Of course that could be because of how much he cares for his own blade, his Kurikara. He would love to fight this man, and if he was but a normal heartless just wishing to consume his heart without an even fight he would do it now. But no, he can see the fatigue in the mans movements. He would be at quite the boring advantage here. "Its a strong name, not bad, and your sword is beautifully kept after." Milo notes all this and steps away from the fountain. Its a wonderful morning for a fight but he will control himself. But he licks his lips at the thought of a good fight, and turns back to Iggy, his eyes alight with fire. With one hand on his hilt he says "My companion is named Kurikara." Milo draws his blade showing it to Iggy. His blade shines silver, almost turning the light of the sun into what looks like the light of the moon. The blade has a cold feeling to it, that almost seems to call to the darkness of ones heart. But that might just be something Milo feels when he is close to his sword, this Demon slayer. The polish on her is perfect, and the diamond shaped silver hilt seems to gleam showing off the blue clothed hilt. "Said to be something of a demon slaying sword. Or so I have been told" Milo then easily sheathes his sword. "I have some... Wandering to do. I will return tomorrow night, would you care for a good fight?" Milo asks as he turns, looking Iggy right in the eyes, its a challenge less of an invitation. He sure hopes that this new opponent of his is up for it. of my beating heart
