She never expected she’d be back at this town. The town where it all began, her life as a being with no heart, and with only shattered memories telling her who she once was. In this simple sunbathed town, she had received a name, a weapon, and a place she could belong. If she could understand the feeling of gratitude, perhaps that’s what Roxan would have felt for her current situation.
Now in the heart of the town, she gazed up at the buildings and small shops that surrounded the square, a crossroads of four streets that led to other areas of the town. She stood at the foot of a large clock tower, and glancing up, she wondered if at her current angle, she would be able to see anything. Unfortunately, she couldn’t, but there were other things to admire.
For instance, the squirming Heartless beneath her foot.
Her rapier in hand, the point drew a diagonal line through its body, and the weakened creature disintegrated. She breathed a sigh, the triumph of a battle was always something one could be proud of. Lowering the rapier into a more relaxed position, she rubbed the back of her neck, a tired sigh. Why was it that Heartless were so eager to jump at anything that moved? Couldn’t she enjoy just wandering through the more quiet parts of town? The trains had stopped coming by for the day, so nobody was really around the train station to see what had just transpired. A mini swarm had emerged from the shadows cast from the buildings’ walls, which Roxan was happy to dispose of, without remorse. The annoying little things had sharp claws.
Turning around, she walked toward the stairs that led to the train station, climbing up several before turning around and sitting. A person was off in the distance, which she admitted was surprising to see. She thought she hadn't seen anyone while busy earlier. She raised her hand in a wave as a greeting, wondering to herself just how much of the previous fight the person had seen.

THERE IS A THIN LINE between what is good and what is evil I will tiptoe down that line but I will feel unstable He had left Traverse Town some time ago, the words of his teacher ever present within his mind. He had been told to enjoy himself, to expand his knowledge past the limitations of his own small world. They hadn't exactly been orders but it certainly felt like Isaac was commanding him to not be so moody. If only his former teacher understood how hard that was really going to be for him. A heavy sigh escaped from Michael's lips as he leaned himself back against the bench. This place, Twilight Town...it was certainly different than the two worlds Michael had been on. Castundana was a dark place, not stuck in night like Traverse Town was...but dark in the way it treated others. Yet, Traverse Town a world coated in an endless night and born from the cries of those without their own world was a far better place than his own home. He chuckled at the irony of it. Then there was this place, Twilight Town. It felt as though the town wanted to end but at the same time begin. Stuck between day and night as if representing the struggle present with each person. Michael touched a hand on his chest and felt his heartbeat. If he believed in silly things like fate, he'd have to say it was because of it that he ended up here first. He didn't know where to go, or what to do with his life now. Stick to the light like Sarah would want, or follow through the path of darkness searching for a way to bring her back? Question he didn't have answer to but surely within this town he would find one no? He pushed himself up from the bench and placed his hands firmly inside of his pockets. Gold eyes scanned the area around him for any signs of life, he could certainly use someone that could hold a conversation. He found no one though, this place was like a ghost town. There had been people moving about before, but he had been wanting to keep to himself then. That' when his eyes caught sight of her, a girl moving towards the train station. She hadn't taken notice of him or if she hadn't it didn't seem like she cared. Better her than no one else right? He followed after her, and only reached when after she had sat down on the stairs leading to the train station. He stood towering above her, hands within his pockets and black hair obscuring his golden eyes. "Wouldn't happen to know where everyone disappeared to no?" he spoke, his voice slightly deep. His slouched himself back somewhat and began to examine the girl from behind the cover of his hair. She seemed...different? He couldn't quite place his finger on but something about her seemed off. Even more of a reason to make conversation, after all he was always looking to learn. @roxan 492 Sorry if its bad :C MADE BY VEL OF GS

The man was tall, and sitting on the steps of the train station only helped to boost her sitting height by a few inches. There was quite a height difference right now, and she was forced to tilt her head back in an attempt to see the man’s face. I feel like I’m looking at the clock tower again, she thought to herself, amused. From her position, she tried to look for whatever details she could: a strong jawline, black hair, long bangs. Too bad his hair hid his eyes from her, one could often see the intentions of a person through seeing their whole face. Now, only the bottom half of it was revealed to her. Quiet, she waited to see if he was going to say something to her, since he had been the one to initiate their interaction, walking up to her. Assuming he was a resident, Roxan wondered if he was just an extremely friendly person, willing to make conversations with someone who looked like a stranger. She would be happy to oblige the man in idle conversation, since she thought of herself as friendly as well.
Her mission for the day was already over, so she had the time to spare. Hearing the man’s question, thought of her answer. Taking in the sight of his slouching figure and shadowed face, she felt like smirking. What did this remind her of? A smile crossed her lips, and she tilted her head innocently, “Well, Mother always told me I shouldn’t talk to strangers, but...” Her voice remained light, joking. Despite her saying this, she saw no harm in trying to answer the question. She thought back to what had happened before she took her break on the stairs. She hadn’t really seen anyone herself, save for those Heartless earlier, but they weren’t worth mentioning. She didn’t have the current time either, so people may just be sleeping, despite the town always being stuck at sunset. Leaning back against the stairs, she glanced to the train station behind.
“Trains stopped coming for the day...or is it more accurate to say for now? Anyways, that may have something to do with it." Turning her head back around, she placed her hand on a spot on the stairs next to her, an invitation to sit if he wanted to. She didn't expect him to take up the offer, but she may as well show she was friendly. She guessed that the man was looking for someone, hence why he asked for information on where people were. She wasn't one to be involved with the residents of the town, since they were all people with hearts. It was a part of the nobody's desire to get a heart for themselves, she couldn't help but find it awkward to be around them.
Now with a question herself, she asked, "Are you looking for someone?"

THERE IS A THIN LINE between what is good and what is evil I will tiptoe down that line but I will feel unstable "Everyone's a stranger when you first meet them." spoke Michael in retort, his body shifting if only slightly so that his bangs didn't obscure his eyes as much. Gold eyes stared out towards her, waiting for an actual reply to his question. She drew herself into a more relaxed position against the stairs and glanced towards the train station. Michael's eyes followed her movements, but couldn't quite understand the meaning behind them. Was she trying to tell him that everyone had taken the train? An utterly idiotic thing to even suggest, as if hundreds of people were just going hop onto a train going god knows where. The lady then expanded on her gesture by stating that the trains had stopped running for the day, or at least for the present time. "That's really suppose to have something to do with why no one's here?" the thought was present within his mind but he didn't bother to speak on it. What he gathered from this though was that she had no idea why no one was around. A sigh escaped from his lips and he let his shoulders slump even more, hands traveling outside of his pockets to rub the back of his neck. "What a pain..." he muttered lowly, the way he said it even dragged out like it was task to even speak. It was likely everyone was asleep and he was just looking for a problem when there wasn't one. Living on Castundana and on Traverse Town had that kind of effect on people he supposed. When asked if he was looking for someone Michael straightened himself out. Was he looking for someone? Would it be too melodramatic to say that he was looking for himself? There was Sarah though, he could be looking for her. He had to stop himself from scoffing at that thought, he had watched her heart be stolen by Heartless. There was no way she had survived that right? There was always a part of him that felt like she was still out there, wandering the worlds lost and confused. "No, if you've already come to grips with this Michael...she's gone." that was the thought present within his head but it wasn't what he said. "I'm looking for a girl, she's got pink hair." he brought a hand up to his shoulder, "She's about this tall, probably really friendly." there was a detail that he was leaving out. "She's liking coughing maybe even spitting out a bit of blood." all he could now was wait for her to tell him no, it was the answer he was expecting after all. Unless the woman in front of him had come across her ghost, he was asking if she had seen a dead woman. @roxan 446 Sorry if its bad :C MADE BY VEL OF GS

Evidently, he wasn’t a very friendly sort of guy, muttering to himself in annoyance at Roxan’s best attempt to answer. A shift of his head revealed gold eyes, and as Roxan glanced over the man’s face, she didn’t have the words to describe the emotion she saw. Perhaps it was apathy? Maybe it leaned more towards boredom. His few words were already laced with lethargy. Nothing more followed after that comment, and Roxan wondered if she should say anything.
Apparently there was more, as he revealed he really had been looking for someone. Perhaps this someone was an outsider visiting the town, and he’d missed the meeting time. Roxan tilted her head, listening to his brief description of who this person was. Female, shorter than him, coming up to his shoulders, pink hair, and apparently a very friendly person. She thought back to when she had arrived, several hours earlier, she believed. Although there were still some people milling about, she couldn’t recall anyone who matched the description. Pink hair was a rather defining feature after all, especially with how bright of a color it was. It was hard to miss in a crowd, and even harder when there were so few people around. Yet she didn't know anyone with that type of profile. She was about to ask more about this person, but paused as he continued his description of her.
It sounded like she was sick. If there was blood, it was probably terminal, too. Roxan narrowed her eyes. Such weakness didn’t appeal to her. And what’s more, she didn’t quite understand why this man was getting himself involved with whoever he was searching for. Just leave the person alone, getting involved just bogs you down. Illness was sign that a person's usefulness had been used up. Holding onto the relationship with someone ill was just going to cause liability in the future. It would lead to dependency, and one-sided relationships were a waste of time. She kept such comments to herself, reasoning that the current moment was not right for such opinions. Now that the man had finished his descriptions, she scratched her head, her expression taking on one of deep rumination. She had enough of a profile to go off of now. And as she sorted through the images of people she had run into for the day, she could only come up with one thing to say.
“Nope.” It was a short, clipped answer.
“Haven’t seen her.” A little curious, she decided to see how much more information she could get out of this person. Although her current opinion of him wasn’t grand, she saw this as an opportunity to study the emotions and their effects on a person’s goals and motivations. Giving voice to questions she had just been contemplating, she shifted into a new position curling her knees under her and placing her palms at her cheeks. Her voice took on a slight accusatory tone, “Sounds like she's sick. So what do you think you’re doing, letting her wander around by herself?” Silently to herself, Why keep this kind of person around?
