Last night was unexpected but he accepted it, at least he could hide it. Sure he had to get rid of all the feathers and make sure none were on him by time day came but he managed. Course today he was already disliking it, he was forced into something extremely royal, his necklace was showing now as required and honestly he found himself wishing he could rewind time to last night. Soaring through the sky with Trinity in tow, she might've been afraid but maybe some part of her enjoyed it like he had. To fly without the use of a ship. The suit was adorned with many items though it's main color was white with gold visible here an there, and his hair was brought back a bit. The servants gossiped as he walked down the halls of the castle, straight and head held high. They were going on about handsome he looked and that he was sure to win any princess's heart if he so wished. Thing was...he didn't really want that yet. Sure he'd like to have someone by his side to love and hold as a wife, but Trinity needed him more. She said to stop looking but he couldn't, no one in this family helped her he wouldn't be one of them. Once in the Throne room, his parents sat there both of them hoping that the young man would choose. He was the only child they could marry off considering their mindset to their daughter. A sigh left Abel as the announcer went on to introduce the first Princess and where she hailed from, a young maiden entered as they spoke and she curtsied to him, in which he bowed to her. The time passed and honestly Abel could feel his father's frustration as he rejected one radiant girl after the other. There was just one left, a maiden wearing a bright blue dress with long hair done up, blue eyes looked to him as she curtsied, giving a kind smile. "It is a honor to met you, young majesty." she said. "It is a honor to meet you as well, your highness." Abel said, the princess blushed as she stood there. "Might we perhaps be able to get one another?" Abel's kind gaze remained though it was clear he felt saddened by what his own words would be. "I am sorry Mi-lady, but...I am unable." the princess tilted her head. "It doesn't have to be today young Prince, it can be tomorrow if that is more suited to thee?" His father's frustration and eyes in the back of his head were growing stronger, his mother just sat there. Trying to keep her composer, no doubt she wanted to smack Abel for all of the rejecting he was doing. Good god why was he stuck enduring this? Trinity Mouser

It was around mid-afternoon, she really didn't know any affairs going on at the time, family didn't really tell her anything. She was planning to leave the next day, her trip coming at an end. She wearing slightly less fancy dress walked the hallways when she heard voices coming from the throne room, what was this? She peered around the corner to see what most of the commotion was, her brother reject almost every suitor that came into view.
She didn't really understand the reason for it, especially considering it was a prince's duty and all the females were probably from highly noble families of different worlds. She slowly came into the room, her eyes first going toward her brother, then her parents and back to the brother.
When she approached her brother, she took a deep breath, she spoke in a whisper toward him."What is the meaning of this?"

The conversation soon ended and the princess retreated thus it was just the royal family, though after Trinity entered the room her parents rose and left. Leaving Abel there, though he looked to her when Trinity whispered to him.
"Mother and father are trying to make me choose a bride." Abel answered with a sigh. "As is the norme."
Abel wasn't pleased with the fact, he clearly didn't look that happy either. He hated it. If he was gonna marry he'd like to know em rather than where they came from and such. That wasn't them, it was just their origin and titles.

This was a normal thing? How little she actually knew what happened with her brother, though considering their ages it wasn't surprising. She felt some part of her telling her that this was probably her fault, though she knew not for any real reason for this. Just that she always felt guilt on everything she partake.
"Oh, this is common.. Then?" she paused looking away admitting to the fact she had not known. Then she looked back continuing their conversation, "Why not give one of the girl's a chance? how about getting to know at least one? At least make Mother and Father a tad bit happy."

"Very." Abel agreed. "Because right now it's not what I want...if I show interest in just one, they'll push me to pick them an marry em. Even if I turned out not to like em."
He didn't want to get stuck with a girl that he didn't like, hence why he was showing no interest in em. They all had their good parts though they also had faults. And really he didn't want to get to know the wrong girl. Some princess were so spoiled that they were just immature brats, others didn't know a thing, and some just didn't give a care in the world about nothing.
"One day I'll please em in that department, it's just not the right time." Abel added on.

He was right, that she had to admit.. Their parents were so pushy about these sorts of things, almost waiting to have some sort of grandchild and he was the one to have it. She really hadn't met many princesses, being locked up so often, so all she could do was take his word on it.
There was an awkward silence that filled the air, something she needed wanted to break. "You haven't met my friend yet, have you? She decided to travel with me for my report to see the castle. Would you like to meet her?" she tried to cheer him up, maybe meeting her friend would help out?

"I'm not sure if I have, who's you're friend?" Abel asked as he pushed the matters at hand away and focusing on Trinity.
It was for her sake that he didn't pick a wife yet. That would mean he'd have to juggle hiding his sister and his own gift from em. That would be a bit too much for him to handle presently. It was gonna be tricky enough hiding it from their parents.

Trinity gave a smile answering his question, "Lara, she's form land of Departure. Training with the keybladers, she should be... in the dining hall? Maybe? " She began leading the way out unsure exactly where her friend might just be.

Abel paused, his blue eyes going wide at that name. Lara.....oh dear. He met a Lara and if it was who he thought it was...oh dear, oh dear, OH DEAR!! Frozen in place Abel didn't know what to say. It wasn't a bad thing that he met her. The bad part was...having showed his other form to her and keeping the fact he was a prince secret from em.
"She...might not at chance have...curly long hair...would she?" Abel asked.

He seemed to suddenly stop, what was his problem? What was so shocking about a friend from Land of departure. Maybe he was so excited he couldn't hide it? Excited to possibly meet a keyblader, maybe? though she wasn't one, course' Trinity had to break this to him before he became too excited.
However something unusual happened, he asked if she had curly hair? Did he possibly know her? Oh, good, that made their meeting much easier. But why the fear? What was wrong with her friend? "Yes... What's wrong, brother?"

"I...I've already met her but...that's not the thing to worry about." Abel said, oh dear....she wasn't going to like this. "She doesn't know that I'm the Prince and...she...she's seen it.."
It as in his other form, heck he even gave her a ride but it was for a good reason that he revealed it. Sadly he just hoped that Trinity would understand.
"I can explain why though." Abel added, hoping that she didn't freak.

So he met lara, and she saw it.... The thing? She saw the thing... She didn't even know about Trinity's snake scales. He she looked around suddenly curious on her friend's reaction to her brother's feathers and feakness. "Ho-how ho-how did she react?"
Maybe this was the time to admit the full story to Lara? Her other friend did say the scales were a gift, so maybe her friends would actually accept them as she had?
