Appearance

While he usually wears the outfit you see in the hover image there are some features and interesting ideas that you need to know about Justynn before we are through with this category. 

First, while it is completely obvious that his hair is black, it is dyed. His hair is originally blond. He started dying it to keep up his heroic act. To keep his family in the dark, he created a wig to look exactly like his hair style.

Is in constant need of activity to keep the nerves in his legs active. If he slacks then he's afraid that the nerves will disconnect from his legs once again, leaving him crippled and unable to be the hero he's always wanted to be. So he is very well built despite his age because of the constant movement he's in.

Last but not least, Justynn has deep blue eyes that are constantly hidden by his mask or by the help of sunglasses. They are easily hurt by the sun due to being sensitive to light. Also, he doesn't like the idea of people being able to recognize his face outside of his costume.

Personality

STUBBORN: You won't find anyone that is more stubborn then Justynn. Once he has his mind wrapped around something, thats what he sticks to. Its both a strength and a weakness as it can get him into a little trouble if he allows himself to get into fights over his own stubborness. However, he is not completely unreasonable, for out of the two of Rene and himself, Justynn is the voice of reason. He's very logical when strategizing and planning. 

SARCASTIC: Its inevitable. Tye is a very sarcastic being. Gets it from his father's side of the family. He's not always the happiest of people, but he certainly has an unfiltered tongue, no matter what sort of situation he gets into. This is his defense mechanism. It was a big development in his personality especially after his accident. 

INTELLIGENT: Tye has an above average intelligence directed toward weaponry, strategy, human behavior, and mechanics. He creates all of his own weaponry, vehicles, and gadgets. He has a very good memory, remembering faces and colors and objects very clearly. Sometimes his intelligence can get in the way of a proper friendship, but he tries not to throw it around all the time. He bases most of his thinking process on logical reasoning. 

OBSERVANT: Tye is very observant when it comes to behavior and when he's focused. If he is distracted, this trait can be a little bit useless. He has to be completely focused on his current situation to be able to notice the littlest things. He also has been training his memory to remember places and numbers very well. So that he'll recognize this stuff on the field. 

TOUGH GUY: So Tye has this image to uphold, being this big bad gang member around his family. Not to mention he has to be strong willed to be in the superhero business like he is. He keeps on this big guy act also so that people don't think of him as a weak kind of person or underestimate him. He despises those who underestimate him. 

SWEETHEART: Despite the tough guy act, Tye really is caring and gentle to those who need it. And also to those who he tends to crush on. And there aren't very many of those. He doesn't trust very many people to save his life. He really does have a big heart other wise, seeing as he is a hero of sorts. He cares about people and does want a family (someday in the very far future...) He is still in a teenage, guy stage of life. He'll get over it.

SPECIALIST: Tye specialises greatly in close combat weapons such as a bo staff, being his main weapon at current time. He's also very good at tinkering with things and so likes to create random gadgets to help him who is lacking without powers. He is also the strategiser of him and Rene. He comes up with the plans before Rene simply rushes into a situation. He's also been taught In many forms of hand-to-hand combat and sword handling, but he is not as good at a single sided sword as he is a bo staff.

OVERPROTECTIVE: While he does not appreciate those that try to protect him, he has a big heart and can get rather attached to people who he gets close to. Hence the really good relationship between him and Rene. He can be very overprotective of other people though, because he knows that if he was ever caught trying to protect Rene, the older male would cut him off. 

LEVEL HEADED: Justynn is very clear in the head most of the time. Being level headed is one of his most achieved traits. He used to be very angry all the time and impulsive, but after the accident, his whole world seemed to change and he started thinking more rationally. He tries to avoid emotions, but is not above being angry or feeling anything else. He would rather just rely on rational decisions instead of Emotional ones.

History

The story has to begin somewhere, and Tye's begin's with his mother who was a significant person in a family of white-collar gangsters. She was the daughter of a man based in the head family. She was one of the best strategy consultants within the family, coming up with many of the original plans they executed. She fell in love with a man who had connections to the family, but wasn't necessarily part of it. He was a very bright and sarcastic young man that stole the heart of a cold, hard criminal, as he would call her. He increasingly got involved in their dealings. 

One night was all it took. Bam! Justynn was conceived one night after an operation and that was the beginning of the Thyme family. The man and woman, worried about what the family might think of him getting one of their most useful assets pregnant, got married before revealing the big news. 

Even at a young age Justynn was trained in many areas. Weapons, hand-to-hand combat, gadgets, and vehicles primarily. He was trained in other things too, but he had always been a tinkerer. Computers, weapons, gadgets. These were his canvases. He would take something old and unusable and make into something fun or interesting. 

Justynn had never really been an impressionable character. Even his parents couldn't grab his attention or trust. He did as he was told to for the family, as that was his duty, but he never truly had an interest. Oh he acted big and tough, mainly to keep people off his back and from knowing the real him, who felt as though he weren't doing anything of great importance. There was a huge emptiness about himself he couldn't even describe. 

Until the vigilante began to sabotage the family's operations. Tye became truly intrigued and he began to investigate, keeping all notes and information to himself and away from the rest of the family. Who was this strange person? This person that went out of their way to attempt to take down the Alderic family. Tye began to both admire the man he considered a hero of some sort, and suspect the familiarity of him. 

For as long as he could remember he'd been quite close with the son of the head of the Alderic family, Rene. He had been the only person that Tye felt he could be himself around. Logical, Stubborn, Sarcastic, and anything else he hid from the Family. 

Of course, then the accident happened. The nerves in his back were severed and he lost all feeling and mobility from his legs. What kind of accident do you ask? It was a job that he was on. Not a particularly dangerous one, but it ended up with him falling from high up and breaking his lower spinal cord. 

In one fell swoop at the age of 12 Tye became virtually useless to both the head family, and his own parents. Everyone lost all belief in him. The only person who didn't was Rene. Even after several months of being in a wheel chair Rene was brave enough to suggest to the family heads to give Justynn an expensive nerve replacing surgery. It was finally accepted after some battle on Rene's part. 

So Tye got the operation and gained back the use of his legs, although activity was very important to keeping his legs working. But despite all the activity, they would still not allow him to go on missions by himself. He would constantly require some kind of handler to keep him from getting himself more hurt. However, he did continue to search for the answer to who the vigilante really is. 

It was around this time that Tye found out that Rene was actually the vigilante he had so admired. No wonder he was so familiar. After saving him from almost being caught by the family Justynn demanded on being involved. He needed to be active anyway, might as well be useful then not. At first Rene refused, but after a little bit of colorful persuasion on Tye's part Rene agreed. 

Everything went smoothly for awhile. It was great, until Rene came to him one day and said that they had to leave as soon as possible. Not telling him why or where they were going Tye simply agreed. The Vigilante was definitely on edge and there was no sense in making him more agitated. Something was seriously wrong and so Justynn reluctantly agreed, Pulling a few strings he was able to get them both smuggled out of their home world and to Traverse Town to start over.
