will mean something to someone | Noah walks down on of the back allies of the first District. He was bored it was noon, and he was hungry. He figured he would find a new restaurant to get kicked out of and fill his tummy without having to pay. Of course that didnt always work out as planned the last time he did this it didnt end well. He did have a paying job now he could always actually pay. What a thought.
He yawns, its been a really uneventful day. Vinny had his nose stuffed in his books down in the basement like he does sometimes. So he didnt even have to follow him around today. But he still got payed for the day so it shouldnt bother him to much.
Shrugging he pulls out his wallet checking how much cash he has on him, he hates using banks. He swears they are just stealing his money from him, using it from themselves. He felt better if he had a heavy wallet. Vin of course always complains tell him to get an "Account" Pfft. I would rather wear bright colours then do that. That would be the day, he would more likely just ditch out of it all.

"The same heartbeat, she's falling behind." She hated this. Being stuck. It had even been so long since she'd had a proper meal. Not since the massacre. She'd wanted so badly to show the Prince that she wasn't as terrible as he made her out to be. She was trying to show him that he was wrong. That she could be just like any other person. But she couldn't... She was a vampire. And as a Vampire, she would need to feed soon. Or else she would die, and what point would that make? Making her way down one of the back Alleyways she peered around, hoping, almost praying, that she would meet someone on the way. But also praying that she didn't. She wasn't sure how well she could control her hunger right now, but she was on a mission not to hurt anyone. That was when she turned the corner and let out a screech, stumbling back into a nearby trashcan. Not actually into the trashcan but she bumped into it and gasped. But when she looked back up at the figure she had ran into she saw that it was only a man in a mask and she began to laugh. An amused, oh so thrilled laugh. Teri had always been the scary one, and she had loved watching horror flicks, but seeing this man in the mask... It had been awhile since the last time she had been scared like that. She didn't even have any qualms about the way she was acting in front of the guy who had just frightened her. And her thoughts of hunger were completely gone. As she laughed she inconveniently let slip her canine teeth, her sweatshirt hood had fell off her head as she tripped into the trash, revealing her long black hair that she had up in a loose clip and her pale pale skin. Finally she calmed her laughing as she peered back at the man she had conveniently or inconveniently run into. "Whoops... Sorry. I hadn't... *giggle* I hadn't seen you there." will mean something to someone | It took Noah a moment to realize what happens as he gets run into out of the blue at the end of the alleyway. The sound of whoever ran into him bringing an automatic smile to his face. He really couldn't help it, screams to him sounds like laughs to normally people. You could say it is because he comes from Halloween Town. Its kind of part of there trade mark. The Town of scares and screams.
Looking over he takes inventory of who it is that ran into him. Lovely pale skin, long dark flowing hair, and then he sees it. Are those the fangs of a vampire? Noah has always been a fan of vampires, he has an uncle back in Halloween town, they guy is a scar fest. He makes Noah about one sixth vampire himself. It doesn't really add up to much other then making him crazy some nice rare meat on occasion.
She giggles as she apologies, and normally that would grate on his ears like nails on chalkboard, well actually he finds that quite soothing. He used to fall asleep to the sound of his mothers fails raking across the board he had in his room when he was little. It was that or witch's cackling that his mother had recorded for him. His lovely cousin Rosy had done the cackling for him. She had almost gotten to win a gold metal for her cackling once. They sound of her evil laughter always knocked Noah right out.
So he tilts his head to the side his smile still lingering. "Its fine" he straightens his head and asks "Vampire right?"

"The same heartbeat, she's falling behind." Tilting his head to the side he told her that she was fine and then he asked her if she were a Vampire. And of course, there he had to remind her once again, how completely hungry she was. But instead she smiled very delicately at him and with a flash of red eyes she said. "Very perceptive, bug-boy" But she said no more about herself, didn't even mention her name. Then she took this moment in time to take a step forward and step around the male, trying to decide what he might be. She'd never seen anyone like him before unless it was Halloween. And she wasn't sure if Traverse Town had Halloween. Halloween? "Hmmn..." She muttered to herself. "You don't smell like a werewolf or shapeshifter. Nor do you look like a hunter. But Perhaps... You do have the faint scent of... Chocolate on your sweater." She sniffed at him and then finished her circle around him. "It's impossibly to tell where you're from, but you certainly aren't from here. I haven't smelt Chocolate here at all. You remind me of some kind of made up Halloween character. Maybe from a horror movie of some kind?" She Stopped directly in front of him, a grin on her face, showing proudly her canine vampire teeth. "I don't know what you are, but it appears that you know the ins and outs of fear. My name is Asteria Hecate. But you can call me Teri if you'd like." She said while offering her hand out toward him, her grin growing slightly wider. Noah Thorne, - No Notes.MADE BY VEL OF GS

will mean something to someone | Oh damn she looks hungry, that's funny. Noah wonders weather or not she drains or just drinks. Most of the vampires he knew about only drained small amounts, they aren't killers. But of course he couldn't be sure about this one. He did know that there are some vampires that liked to kill, and drained there meals to the last drop. He hopes she isn't one of those types that would be sad.
His uncle always talked about how he hated them, where a disgrace to the vampire image. Which we of course had to remind him quite a few times that, the vampire image had been the same for thousands of years and he would storm off. Then she comments on the smell.
He really couldn't help that much, it was almost like being born in Halloween Town makes your sweat smell like Halloween Candy. Even after all this time, it still clung to him like it was part of his very being.
"Noah." He reaches out and shakes her hand. "So drink or drain?" It was just best to up front with it. If she was here looking to drain a meal he was out, but if she just needed a drink, he surprisingly wasnt that against it. He had never had a vampire drink from him before, and of course he doesnt know if that will cause him to become the type of vampire she it. He is used to it having to be the sharing of blood not the drinking. But he doesnt know how hers works, if it works differently. Ugh he thinks to much sometimes.

"The same heartbeat, she's falling behind." "Noah. So drink or drain?" He asked as he shook her hand. At his voice her eyes flashed again. But she then pulled her hand away from him, suddenly hesitant. Noah... His name was Noah, and he was asking what kind of Vampire she was. Was... was he offering to her? Offering his own blood to her? Just like that? Why else would he have asked her if she was a drinker or a drainer? "Really? Is that what you call draining people dry in the cover of night? Not hurting them?" Teri was a Vampire, yes. She was forever cursed to live an immortal life and to need and crave the human blood cells that their bodies create in massive amounts, where they did not within the bodies of Vampires, of whom were already dead and only lived off of the very little blood that was left inside their bodies, mostly drained, but not entirely. This blood would be shifted and changed to enhance their reaction time, boost their stamina, test their strength, as not every human who turned survived the process. "I..." She paused. Suddenly she felt guilty. The prince's words piercing her fallen heart. "I drink, draining is dishonorable to the idea of what you once were... And the rules are in my clan... rules were... That I should ask before doing so. But..." Was he... was this a trick? He was just watching her wasn't he? That Prince... But... No. She'd been a vampire for almost 50 years. She'd always found friends in the people she had used as sources. She wasn't a killer. Nor did she ever revert to transformation. Even on the deathbed of those she cared about. If he was offering, why should she turn him down? She was so hungry after all. "Why do you ask?' Noah Thorne, - No Notes.MADE BY VEL OF GS

will mean something to someone | Noah smiled as she talked. Very honorable, his uncle would like this one, maybe another person fighting for the image of the vampires. That would be funny. Maybe there where more people out there with that mentality then I had thought. But its a good thing she doesn't kill people, otherwise Noah had to run, and he was kind of hoping to make a new friend.
Noah nods as she finishes up talking. Well I guess it does seem kind of odd, since well most people just assume the worse and run. But having a vampire in the family I guess makes my view point just a little different. Plus she looks really hungry. His uncle used to get that looks, and it would scare him sometimes if he didn't get a meal.
Shrugging, "Uncle's a Vam. Taught me not to assume." For Noah its just the nice and proper thing to do. But smirking he also comments, "And you look hungry."

"The same heartbeat, she's falling behind." "Uncle's a vam, taught me not to assume." Then before speaking again, he grinned. "And you look hungry." This time, instead of just flashing, her crimson eyes slowly shifted into their glowing red and didn't fade back. Well, if he was offering... But he hadn't given her full permission yet. She felt her sharper canines lengthen by just a couple millimeters. It was much too obvious the hope that she held in her voice as she spoke, stepping a little closer to him as she did. "A-are you giving me permission?" Not being able to help herself she licked her teeth as if to make sure they were still there. She had to regulate herself. She was hungry, but was not yet at the point of being uncontrollable. Teri may have been a younger vampire, but this was not new to her. She wouldn't drain him. She would probably take less then she actually wanted though... She didn't need to be "full" per se, but she needed to be well off until her next meal. Her fingers twitched ever so lightly as she looked at him. Remember, he is a person. A Human. Not your target. Not your meal. She would repay him for his voluntary action. Somehow.... She didn't have any money due to the Prince not sharing any with her, but maybe... Eh.. She would ask him afterward. will mean something to someone | It took him a second. He can be a little dense sometimes, which really he can't help. But it dons on him, it really must look like it is offering himself to be fed from. He really hadn't thought about it like that until she asked him. Maybe his real flaw was that he could be to naive. Which seems so odd, maybe that is why he is pure of heart. But he shakes his head, its not a bad idea because he wouldn't want her to end up losing control and hurting someone. She seems like the kind of person where that would give her a huge emotional hit.
Without much thought Noah throws back his hood. His mask covers up most of his neck, so he does something he hasn't done but sparingly in the last 6 months. Slowly his removes his mask, keeping his one eye closed, he then tilts his head to the side. Why is he doing this? He could be about to die, leaving nothing behind. But for some reason he trusts this girl.
"My life is in your hands." With his head tilted his pale skin is displayed to the world. Lets hope he isnt just being to naive.

"The same heartbeat, she's falling behind." Her fingers twitched again at the sight of him throwing back his hood. Really? Really? He barely knew her and he was willing to offer himself to her as a source? That had only happened once for her, and they had become deeper friends then any other sources she'd had. Friends mind you. Her love would always be her number one... But he was no longer. Asteria watched hungrily as the man slowly removed his mask to reveal a rather interesting person underneath. Not as scary as she first deemed, she put that idea in the back of her mind. She had to force herself with as much energy as she could muster not to launch herself at him. She moved slowly, so as to not scare her... new friend? She moved in close to him, wrapping her arms gently around his waste. This would serve for several purposes. If she does drink enough to cause him to pass out, she would catch him. She was used to keeping herself from going to far and so he probably wouldn't, though he may feel dizzy, and besides, everyone had their own breaking point. The second purpose would be stability for herself, it was kind of tough to drink from someone else while not holding onto them, especially if the person started moving around. However, the move was not there to keep someone from escaping if they had second thoughts. Her arms were wrapped tight enough to keep them close, but not tight enough to keep them from running. This was the moment he would have the chance to escape. If he pulled away she would immediately let go of him, simply because of long time practice. Right before her teeth would sink into his skin. This was the moment she would look into his only open eye with her glowing red ones and would give him permission to run. Last chance. Her eyes said to him before she moved into his neck. Opening her mouth slowly she leaned into Noah's neck, piercing the skin of her volunteer. As the blood hit her mouth she shivered as a tickle went up her spine. His blood tasted so different, and yet... it was a very good different. One that she knew would certainly grow on her if she would be allowed to continue. Other then the breaking of the skin with her canine teeth she was very gentle toward him, drinking slowly and smoothly rather then harshly like she knew other vampires enjoyed. He was a friend and a person, he didn't deserve to be treated like a slave or animal. As she began to fill her hunger her drinking became less pronounced, instead taking little bits of his blood rather then full sips. She, however, pulled away as his body started loosing energy. He wouldn't be passed out yet. More like seeing spots, feeling dizzy, and even having less energy then before. However, she didn't let go of him just yet. She was here for him now. Now that she could think clearer and wasn't thinking about blood consistently. Now she was able to help him to the wall so that he could sit down slowly rather then fall to the ground from exhaustion. "A-are you alright? I'm sorry if... If I drank too much." She said assisting him in sitting down. Noah Thorne, - x3 awe, Noah is a sweatheart.MADE BY VEL OF GS

will mean something to someone | Noah felt like he should be afraid as he watches her walk towards him. But really he simply felt calm, focused on what it was he decided. Her red eyes glowing, it kind of reminded of home. He had always wondered what if felt like to be drank from, his uncle always refused to talk about it. Maybe he will find out why, maybe it will be totally and completely agonizing. But he really didn't think it would be like it, at least not with her.
Taking measured deep breaths he doesn't move, waiting. He didn't know if there was anything the he was supposed to do, but he takes a wild guess that she is the one who is going to be doing all the work. Really thinking about it, vampires can run out into the night and take a random stranger and drink from them. There likely isn't a handbook on the does and don'ts of being the vessel for a vampires drinking habits. So he just plans to go with the flow.
But he is slightly caught off guard as she wraps her arms around him. It doesn't feel like she is trying to keep him from running away. It almost feels like its protective, to help him. It feels comforting, her skin slightly chilled to the touch that makes him take a half gasp. Its funny he actually thought she would be warm for a second, he isn't sure why. Then she looks up, looking into his opened eye. She seems to be asking one more time, is this okay? Or maybe declaring that this was his last chance. It makes him smirk, he isn't so weak willed to go back on the word he gave. He said it, and he meant it. He is leaving his life in her hands right now.
With that she leans her head over his neck, and the moments before he feels her breath lightly against his neck. Then she sinks her fangs in, at first it feels sharp like the entry of two needles, making his body tense before relaxing as the pain dulls. But the pain didn't feel agonizing, almost pleasant. Noah though, had yet to feel everything yet. As she started to drink, he could feel his blood flowing fast. He could feel his fingers and toes starting to feel cold. But the feeling of his blood flowing out of his body. For him if felt exhilarating, the pain reminding him of the person who is causing this feeling.
Eternity, in about one min. That is what it felt like as she was drinking from him, slowly she starts to slow, his limbs feeling slightly numb and cold. His head swirling with dizziness. As these feelings start to feel on the verge of overwhelming her head pulls away from his neck. But she has yet to let go of him, instead leading him to a box and helping him sit down. Noah already felt like he was going to miss the feeling that he was just granted. Maybe that is why his uncle did not want to tell him. Not that he feared the pain his nephew would endure but maybe the chance of getting addicted to such a feeling as what that just was.
Without even thinking during the drinking his other eye had opened, and was still open as he leaned his back against the cold bricks of the alleyway. Most would think that it would be missing, or the small colour of his other eye. But sadly both guesses are wrong. There is nothing wrong with his other eye. It looked like a normal brown average eye. And for Noah that was why he hid it. Because it was normal, not scary. Looking around he searches for his mask, seeing that it had fallen from his numb fingers in the middle of the way where they had been standing. But when he tries to lean forward to grab it the world spins like the top of a dreidel. So he leans back, closing his normal eye now. He thinks it over, he was hungry himself before, but not it was even worse, he is in dire need for lunch.
Why should he have to dine alone? "Care to join me for lunch?" He smirks, as he waves from side to side form the bloodloss.

"The same heartbeat, she's falling behind." There were several reports from her sources that told her stories of how it felt to be used for blood. From her at least, they were all the same. Gentle, yet exciting. There were a few who didn't like the feeling and refused to give to her after the first bite. She knew there were some Vampires who could make the feeding process very painful to their victims. There was one she knew in particular and that was the brother to her love. She could even hear his sources scream when he fed from them. She wasn't like that. Never would be. She could still remember her own life as a human. What was the point in disgracing where you came from? When she brought him over to the wall to sit she was shocked to see his other eye open. It didn't look like his black and red eye. It was brown. A warm brown. Her stomach fluttered. He... he was so scary, which she found quite amusing, but his eye. His eye caught her attention quite harshly. Not badly in the least. If anything it gave him more. It gave her more of a picture of him. He hid his eye. Why? Pulling herself away from his face she peered over to seem him try to grab his mask, which had fallen during the feeding, but then stumble back against the wall due to lack of energy and exhaustion. Teri glanced in the direction of the Mask and cleanly leaned over and grabbed it. She then took his wrist and placed the mask into his fingers. "There you go..." She said softly. "Care to join me for lunch?" He asked with a weak smirk on his lips and a sway of his body. As yes, of course he would be starving now, her sources always were. She smiled at him and nodded. "Of course Noah. If it makes up for the blood you gave to me... Although I have nothing else to eat or any proper currency."Noah Thorne, - NotesMADE BY VEL OF GS

will mean something to someone | As his vision settled a little bit he sees that she handed him his mask. Even with the dizzy movements of his body he puts it on quickly and easily without any issue. But with the loss of the numbness and swirling vision, there is also a loss of the feeling he felt when she was feeding. It felt so much more then exhilarating, more to the point of pleasure.
He had yet to fully understand what it was that he was feeling, but as he felt it disappear it was almost as if he felt it stronger. Like it was such a strong feeling that snuck in without being noticed, but as it leaves the hole that it once created and filled feels like a void that could strike right at your heart.
Using the wall to steady himself he stands. This wasn't going to be easy to walk to the restaurant. Hopefully there is one that us just around the corner, even that feels to far. At least he just got his paycheck because he feels like he might eat where ever they land out of business.
Trying to act a little macho he takes his hand from the wall and walks forward three steps before he starts to fall. Thankfully he manages to grab back hold of the wall. slowly he shakes his head. "Thats fine, I got a day job." He chuckles as he starts his search for a close by cafe or something to eat at. Hopefully with some help.

"The same heartbeat, she's falling behind." Once the mask was back into his hand he quickly noticed it and began to slip it back onto his face. The sight of his brown eye disappearing entirely. She was almost disappointed, for she rather liked it. But she didn't say anything about it, nor did she move to stop him. She didn't want to impose on anything personal. Then he tried to stand up and she quickly stood with him, moving into a position to spot him and make sure he didn't fall. Her hands out as if she were about to touch him, but she didn't. He was a guy after all. Perhaps he wouldn't appreciate her help right off the bat? But when he tried to pull away from the wall and almost fell because of it she decided it would be best for her to take control. Teri moved in close to him once again and took his arm and wrapped it around her shoulders so that she could take his weight. Which wasn't much for her since she had much more strength then a normal human being. "Thats fine, I got a day job." He said to her as she pulled him away from the wall, allowing him the ability to lean on her. She was a couple inches shorter then him, but that just made it all the easier to hold him. "If you insist. Com'on, I think I know of a place close by to here where we can eat and you can rest. Its a little bit on the creepy side, which I like. What do you think?" She offered as she led him slowly out of the alleyway. Noah Thorne, - NotesMADE BY VEL OF GS

will mean something to someone | He was more then glad to have her help. Right now he really doesn't even think he could travel the corridors. Which was fine, he wonders what Vinny would think of him right now. Acting like a drunk as he walked back into the office maybe knocking over some things. Noah was pretty sure that he wouldn't be able to guess blood loss when he didn't have any marks for him to see.
Absentmindedly he reaches his hand up and feels the puncture marks that she left. They where sore, and tender to the touch, he didn't really mind. Using them he was able to remember the feeling again as if it was still happening.
Then she mentions a place, nearby, and creepy. How wonderful sounding, maybe he should visit the gardens more often. He had yet to find a place that would actually willingly serve him.
But his head is still really fuzzy, so he really wouldnt have much choice in where ever she wanted to go. "Lead on."
