Be careful, you are not inwonderland
Xander was half expecting Apollo to write his name out. Though he didn't really care when the heartless started to write something different. Was it his own name again? No, wait..
Artemis?
That's an interesting name to randomly write out... Wait, was that the name of the woman in the drawing? The nobody furrowed his brows and pondered it for a moment. There was a likeness there, and the names in themselves had a connection. Maybe it was someone important to the heartless? Or someone that was? By the look on Apollo's face he didn't seem to be getting sentimental over it.
Maybe he only knew how to write those two names. It didn't seem far fetched, after all it looked as though he was just learning to walk again earlier this evening. So maybe writing is another one of those abilities he needs to get kick started again. The nobody was about to ask him to write more, but stopped himself and kept an eye on him while he explored more.
Well just file that plan away as something to bring up again once everything had been explored. Well not everything. There were things Xander didn't need Apollo getting into. The nobody made a mental note to lock his desk drawers before leaving him alone in here. Maybe get a lock box for other important things. He didn't want to end up coming home from a mission to find that his new companion had decided to act like a puppy. Destroying important documents and rolling around in the mess. Xander snickered, the image of Apollo doing such a thing was almost hilarious.
“Not what you expected?”
Xander asked tilting his head to the side. He felt kind of bad for Apollo. Earlier it was almost like he had to relearn how to walk and now he seemed be seeing his reflection for the first time. It must be frustrating for the heartless. There was probably so much more that he still needed to uncover.
At least Xander didn't jump when he saw his reflection for the “first time”. He still recognized it, everything except for the eyes. How that happened, he had really no idea. Though he did spend a ridiculous amount of time staring at them when he first got here. So maybe there was some similarity there.
“So... Do you prefer not to talk, or do you not have a voice?”
It was a question the nobody figured he should ask. He didn't expect much of a response, but knowing whether or not Apollo was completely mute was important. Not life or death important, but important nonetheless.
