Well he found her, only thanks to helping Trinity. Now...he had to get her to listen. Blue eyes directed their gaze to her and a sigh left him. "Look, about earlier today....what I said...I'm sorry." Lucard started. "Truthfully if either of us is a monster, I'm probably the most likely considering you keep your mind about you even when you feed off of humans. I on the other hand with full moons...well logic and mind go out the window so I'm more of a monster. I'm sorry." Not a easy thing considering how their respected pack an clan fought for ages but things were different. They had to work together till they could figure out or at least find a place to live in separate. If they found another clan of vampires he'd leave her there with em since well...she was most likely to be happier with em. For now he was stuck with her. Course he had to wait and see if she accepted the apology. ASTERIA HECATE |

she's falling behind." The current silence was excruciating, neither being willing to speak as they made their way back to whatever that place was that the Prince had found for them to stay in. Her hood was placed way over her face with her long bangs hiding her cheeks. They weren't puffy from crying anymore, but they certainly were burned. She didn't want to give him the satisfaction of being right. He would only shove it in her face.
Then he opened his mouth and spoke. "Look, about earlier today....what I said...I'm sorry. When she heard his last apology, she stopped walking, not looking at him, not saying anything at first. But when he said he was sorry for the second time, she lost it. Tears began to fall again. She couldn't stop them. They slid down her burned face like acid rain. She lifted her hands to cover her face and lowered herself into a kneeling position. "They're gone..." She said to him. "They're all gone. Even him! Why? Why did this happen? Why are they gone?"
Again, Teri was not the type to cry. Especially in front of people she didn't know and didn't like. So the fact that she let out so much emotion around the Prince was strange in the least.
"Sorry..." She said. "You're sorry... Don't be sorry... Wolves are not the only monsters... Vampires... they can be terrible." Her voice was a whisper this time. In answer to his apology. He didn't have to. He was right after all. So very right... Look at what the Hunters did to the Vampires. And for what reason? They were Monsters...

Seeing that she paused, he kept his gaze on her and waited. Perhaps she was thinking of a comeback to his words? Saying that she didn't need a wolf to apologize to her. It came to a surprise to him that she broke down and started crying. Staying quiet, he listened to her ask why they were gone, clearly refering to her clan. Kneeling down, he reached out to put a hand on her shoulder to try and be of comfort. "Humans fear what they can't understand and when something appears with far more power, they fear it." Lucard said. "I wish our families hadn't been fighting that day...perhaps they would both be around still if we weren't." A raised eyebrow came when she said sorry then proceed that he shouldn't b. Well this was one strange girl that she was. "Well out of the monsters I've seen, you aren't very suited to that list." Lucard added. ASTERIA HECATE(Understandable.) |
